Sink Installation/Replacement (Kitchen, Bath, Utility)

NOTE: Prices do not include cost of sink.

My Steps to Insure Proper Installation:

• Verify sink will fit in current sinkhole. Use a template or mark the countertop for cutting if needed (I will only cut certain countertop materials).

• Turn off water supply

• Remove current sink

• Install faucet (If applicable. +$50/sink)

• Prepare countertop: Clean and dry the area around the sinkhole.

• Apply silicone around sinkhole to insure watertight seal.

• Wipe away any excess silicone

• Connect drain

• Connect water lines

• Turn on the water supply valves slowly and check for leaks around all connections

• Test the drain for proper flow and no leaks

• Clean sink and surrounding area
